Parts Distribution – Clark has state-of-the-art parts distribution warehouses in Louisville, Kentucky; and Changwon,
South Korea. The parts warehouses are centrally located to service all of Clark’s dealers and customers.

ISO 14001 — Our Korean facility acquired its ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) certificate in 2001. This places
us in a dominant position in the market to be prepared for any environmental restrictions.
Lean Manufacturing — CLARK is in the process of adopting the highly successful and efficient system of "Lean Manufacturing"
for its assembly plants, and has completed the transition of its Korean plant. "Lean Manufacturing" was developed to ensure
the most efficient and effective method of manufacturing plant management and use of resources. COPS (Clark Optimized Production
System) focuses not only on production efficiencies, but also on quality of product and services.
Engineering — Through CLARK's new product development and value engineering program, product engineers and suppliers
work together to minimize costs and, at the same time, improve the quality and efficiency of our products.
